Water Line

On February 28th, Dustin and Delbert Goodrich put in the Water Line to the house with the help of the boys of course:)!

Sheetrock....Done

The 2-3 sheetrock guys came on February 23rd to hang sheetrock. They started on Monday and they were done by Thurday. It was amazing to see it hung that fast. In WY, Dustin, with the help of family hung the sheetrock and it took FOREVER! We will never hang sheetrock again. It is worth the money to pay someone and to have it done in 4 days. Next....Taping, Sanding, and Texturing.

Insulation....Done

It is nice to have the insulation ALL done. This first picture is in our 'piano'/sitting room. The second picture is looking into the kitchen with the bonus room above.

The boys and I have been cleaning up and we are finally ready for the insulator guys to come and then on to sheetrock!

Hardi Plank Siding

We hired Mike & Dimitry Sinchuk (2 Ukrainian Brothers) to put up our Hardi Plank Siding. They were the same guys who framed the trusses and roof deck. When they first quoted us a bid, we weren't willing to pay what they wanted to do the job. Since then work has been slow and Dustin ran in to them again. They have been really slow and Dustin threw them a low number to see if they were interested. They called back and said they would do it for $500 over the price we quoted them. Yaaa! We were really excited, one less thing for Dustin to do. They started on February 12th and got it done quick. They also put up the fascia,soffit, and rain gutters! Done! Now it just needs to be painted.
